Frequency Within’s sound has been compared to The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Killers, My Chemical Romance, and Nirvana. The band noticeably has an American Southwest influence of alternative rock with a sound that brings in elements of punk and a dash of grunge.
— Jasmine Lowe, for the 26
The almost 30 minute album [Blissfulmess] is kind of a mix of mid 2000’s alternative “Emo” rock (Taking Back Sunday, Senses Fail, Etc.) grunge, and some garage rock thrown in there as well.
